Article 1 (Application)
These Terms shall apply to all relationships between the User and the Company regarding the use of the App.
The Company may stipulate conditions for use of the App in addition to these Terms. In such cases, these conditions shall constitute a part of the Terms.
Article 2 (User Registration)
Registration for the App shall be completed when the User agrees to these Terms and registers for use in a specified manner.
If the Company determines that the applicant for user registration has any of the following reasons, the Company may not approve the application for user registration and shall not be obligated to disclose the reason.
If false information is provided in the application for user registration
If the application is from a person who has violated these terms and conditions
Other cases in which the Company determines that user registration is inappropriate
Article 3 (Management of User ID and Password)
Users shall properly manage their user ID and password for this application at their own responsibility.
Users may not transfer or lend their user ID and password to a third party under any circumstances. If a user ID and password combination matches the registered information and logs in, the Company will consider that the user who registered the user ID is using the application.
Article 4 (Prohibited Acts)
Users must not engage in the following actions when using this application.
Actions that violate laws, regulations, or public order and morals
Actions related to criminal acts
Actions that destroy or interfere with the functions of our servers or networks
Actions that may interfere with the operation of this app
Actions that collect or store personal information about other users
Actions that impersonate other users
Actions that directly or indirectly provide benefits to anti-social forces in relation to our services
Any other actions that our company deems inappropriate
Article 5 (Suspension of provision of this service, etc.)
Our company reserves the right to suspend or interrupt provision of all or part of this app without prior notice to users if we determine that any of the following circumstances exist.
When performing maintenance, inspection, or updates to the computer system related to this application
When it becomes difficult to provide this application due to force majeure such as fire, power outage, natural disaster, etc.
When computers or communication lines are stopped due to an accident
When the Company judges it difficult to provide this application
Article 6 (Restrictions on Use and Cancellation of Registration)
If the User falls under any of the following, the Company may restrict the User's use of all or part of this application or cancel the User's registration without prior notice.
When any provision of these Terms of Use is violated
When it is discovered that there is a false fact in the registered information
When the Company judges that the use of this application is not appropriate for any other reason
Article 7 (Withdrawal)
Users may withdraw from this application by following the withdrawal procedure specified by the Company.
Article 8 (Disclaimer)
The Company does not guarantee that this application is free from factual or legal defects (including but not limited to safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, validity, suitability for a specific purpose, security, etc.).
The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the User as a result of this App. However, if the contract between the Company and the User regarding this App (including these Terms) falls under the Consumer Contract Act, this disclaimer shall not apply.
Article 9 (Changes to Terms)
The Company may change these Terms at any time without notifying the User if it deems it necessary.
